Bei den \u00dcberlegungen entsteht eine Art Wahlzettel &#8211; nat\u00fcrlich nur als Gedankensammlung. Bis jetzt ist es so, dass drei Projekte gewichtet werden m\u00fcssen zur Anmeldung &#8211; das System ist 6 Jahre alt und wird heuer in dieser Form wieder durchgef\u00fchrt.
